Formative Assessment for English/Multilingual Learners: Level 2 reviews the formative assessment framework before collecting, analyzing, and acting upon evidence of student performance. Participants will demonstrate their ability to apply the formative assessment framework to each stage of the lesson cycle, allowing for real-time feedback and progress monitoring. |

Standards, Assessments, and Score Reporting demystifies some of the most misunderstood and underutilized aspects of English/multilingual education. Workshop FAQ
Are your workshops appropriate for K-12 teachers?
Yes! Our virtual workshops are designed for all staff who support K–12 instruction, including EL/ML specialists, content teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders.
What’s included in the price of the workshop?
All workshops are led as synchronous, virtual experiences that include a facilitator (EL/ML specialist), PDF handouts, and Zoom technical support.
Can a district purchase in bulk?
Yes! A district or organization can purchase as many access codes as desired and assign them to staff to use on Eventbrite to get a ticket/register for a workshop/s.
How do I register for a specific date and time?
Once you purchase your access code/s, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions (and a link to Eventbrite) to use your access code/s to get a ticket/register for the workshop of your choice. When you are ready, either now or later, select the day and time that best fits your schedule at your convenience.
Each workshop is offered several times throughout the year. If you aren't sure of your schedule when you purchase, simply use the access code at a later date to reserve your seat in the virtual workshop of your choice.
Do your workshops need to be taken in a specific order?
While the content of each workshop builds upon one another, they were developed to function independently.
